A brighter home through every season
Permanent Outdoor Lighting in Southeast Texas
Keep your roofline ready for Christmas, game days and the evenings in between. SETX Christmas Lights installs permanent outdoor lighting, primarily using Minleon and Rainmin products, with a layout planned around your home and the way you want to use it.
One installation. More ways to enjoy your home.
Permanent lighting stays mounted throughout the year, so changing the occasion does not mean rehanging a seasonal set of lights. Choose festive colors for December, a different look for Halloween or a simple evening accent. Your lighting plan starts with the roofline you want to highlight and the appearance you want when the lights are off.
We focus on a clean installation that works with your exterior. Roof shape, mounting surfaces, the viewing angle from the street and access to power all matter. Tell us whether you want the front of the house outlined or a larger perimeter covered, and we will discuss the options for your property.
Minleon and Rainmin lighting, selected for your project
We primarily use permanent lighting products from Minleon and Rainmin. Rainmin is part of the Minleon Group and manufactures controllable color lighting. Their permanent product range includes outdoor fixtures and several control options, allowing the system to be matched to the installation.
For programmable installations, compatible controllers offer color choices, lighting effects and scheduling. Dedicated warm-white LEDs are available in the RGBW product range. We will confirm the fixtures, controller and app included in your proposal, so you know which features your system supports before you decide.
From a roofline photo to a finished lighting plan
Start with your property
Send your address, a clear exterior photo and the roofline areas you have in mind. Tell us whether your priority is holiday color, everyday accent lighting or both.
Review the details
We will discuss coverage, mounting, equipment and pricing. Your proposal should identify the system being installed and the product and installation support that applies to your project.
Install and get familiar
Once the plan is agreed, we install the lighting and review its operation with you. Keep your equipment details and written coverage information together for future service questions.
Permanent or seasonal Christmas lighting?
Permanent lighting suits homeowners who want to use the same installed system for several occasions. Seasonal Christmas lighting suits a display designed specifically for the holidays, with installation and removal as part of the seasonal service. We offer both, so your choice can follow the look you prefer rather than forcing every home into the same approach.

Permanent-lighting questions
Yes. The permanent system is intended to remain installed year-round. You can change the lighting look without taking down and rehanging the roofline lights.
App control is available with compatible Minleon and Rainmin controllers. The app and supported functions depend on the controller selected for your project; we will identify those details in your proposal.
Pricing depends on the roofline length, installation access, mounting method and equipment. Request a property-specific quote. Seasonal Christmas lighting pricing does not describe a permanent lighting installation.
Ask us for the written product and installation coverage for your proposed system. Manufacturer coverage and installer service coverage are separate, and the applicable terms should be clear before installation.
